In 2011, a Caribbean company specialized in the building industry and industrial maintenance contacted New House Spa for the engineering, development and installation of a worksite camp to accommodate 320 people. The technical department of House Spa worked on the project developing a "turnkey" project consisting of prefabricated insulated of 6 different types of rooms, including dormitories, restroom facilities, recreation room, self-service dining hall, laundry room, guardroom, meeting room and utility room. The total area developed was 2.920 square meters.
All the insulated prefabricated buildings have been equipped with equipment suitable for the intended use, including self-service dining halls, ovens, extraction hoods, stoves for cooking, refrigerators, piano bar, TV, pool table, industrial washing machines, press irons, etc.
All the prefabricated insulators have been sent in a "flat-pack" configuration in order to minimize the costs of sea and road transport for the customer. The installation of the worksite camp took place with great satisfaction of the customer in the month of July, through the work and coordination of the technical and commercial staff of New House.
