In 2011, a well-known Italian construction company - established in the sector of large infrastructural constructions – in order to meet the needs of the construction of important railway junctions, commissioned New House to construct modular prefabricated buildings for workers and technicians.
The reduced availability of areas for the positioning of the modules required a solution that would optimize the spaces. The result was easily achieved through the design and construction of four buildings arranged each on three floors, each consisting of modular prefabricated units. For the construction of the accommodations, prefabricated insulated modules of 10.00 x 2.50 meters each were used.
The accommodations were outfitted with private restroom facilities, electrical wiring, external access stairs and furniture. The project has produced an overall development of metal prefabricated buildings with a surface area of over 4.000 square meters, resulting in a solution highly appreciated by the customer thanks to the functionality of the environments.
