An important project was the one commissioned in 2017 by a Northern Italy highway management company, which included the supply of two separate buildings, consisting of 10 and 2 prefabricated modules Series 2000 respectively, for a total area of about 250 square meters.
The inside features rooms, changing rooms, showers, toilet facilities and a refreshment room for maintenance personnel. The structure is entirely in galvanized steel; in order to guarantee excellent insulation (considering the rigidity of the climate) 100 mm-thick panels were used for the walls and panels of 100 + 40 mm for the roof, thermal break frames and wood-concrete flooring.
As requested by the customer, the buildings that can be seen passing near Vipiteno were entirely clad in larch wood planks - a typical material of the high mountain areas – which perfectly integrate into the landscape with a reduced environmental impact. A real added value for all the productions by New House, which makes the respect for nature one of their strong points.
