At the beginning of 2014, a well-known company in the railway construction sector - a long-time client of New House - commissioned a building of about 920 square meters to be used as dining hall-kitchen.
The metal prefabricated building used by New House belonged to the Series 2000 given the structural flexibility required. The modular prefabricated units of the Series 2000 constitute the category of "mid-range" units, with excellent money value.
These prefabricated modules have been developed according to the customizations requested by the customer. The prefabricated mono-blocks were equipped with 60 mm-thick insulated polyurethane foam walls, and they included a large dining hall, a meal distribution area and a kitchen area. The building was equipped with a bank of prefabricated toilet facilities and prefabricated changing rooms. The two-story complex was equipped with electrical wiring and cooling/heating systems thoroughly distributed.
The environment has been greatly appreciated by the customer who has repeatedly underlined the functionality of the rooms and the speed of installation. The prefabricated buildings were installed in the green hills of Genoa upcountry.
