New House manufactures a wide range of metal prefabricated cabinets that can be used in the most varied applications. All prefabricated units are built with certified materials, reinforced profiles and IPE metal beams with thick metal sheets.
Depending on the uses and environments, various types of painting and finishing are available. Inside, the metal cabins are normally covered with insulating panels of different thickness, depending on the degree of insulating capacity desired, or with fire-resistant panels of type A60 and up to EI / REI120.
Phenolic plywood sheets with various thicknesses are used for flooring, depending on the final use which the unit is destined to. The walking surface is normally made of homogeneous PVC.

If need be, the cabin can be set up with floating floors with interspaces where the wiring can run through. Door and window frames can include large steel loading doors or aluminum window frames, also with thermal break, equipped with accessories such as roller shutters, bedroom glass, mosquito nets, anti-panic bars, etc.
The cabins in the fire resistance class REI and A60 have door and window frames of similar class.
