For about 40 years NEW HOUSE S.p.A. has been operative in the field of metal structures prefabrication for the building sector, industry, welfare and the military sector; it boasts more than 20.000 sqm of manufacturing roofed surface over an area exceeding 60.000 sqm.

Thanks to its continuous technological and commercial evolution that makes the company capable of meeting the demand of a wide and important customer base, New House prides itself with the realization of several settlements and an outstanding presence in several fields including: housing, social, sports, military both home and under NATO and ONU missions, several specialized industrial sectors, Civil Protection, settlements for nomadic and immigrants accommodation.

In addition to this, NEW HOUSE S.p.A. offers the most exhaustive range of products for the sector and to support major building sites (villages for use as complete work camps) in-house designed, engineered and manufactured, delivered on turn-key basis. NEW HOUSE S.p.A. prefabs manufactures many types of modules: assembled and ready for use, collapsible modules and modular units for export, boxes, conventional and chemical toilets, standard and special sizes of containers deliverable assembled or unassembled and packed, cabin modules with s/s and/or aluminium structures, with or without facilities.

Availability of modular prefabs, including wide surface models, single or multi-storey, such as our “FRONTIERA” model or the more prestigious “JOLLY”, for to the most diversified application thanks to their versatility: schools, social centres, shops, supermarkets, business offices, technical and commercial offices, cult centres, etc. These prefabs can be designed and manufactured for use also as storehouses, works and workshop, as shown in the pictures per each sector.

These units consist of steel structures with panels thermally and/or acoustically insulated by polyurethane–mineral wool and other materials on request. The panels can have prepainted steel or other sheet supports, cement- or wood-based supports. When necessary, prefabs can be made in quantities much higher than the standard production rate, up to as many as 500 sqm/day approx, as for emergency events in the case of natural disasters, by involving other Group members operative in the field of metal structural works.

Our experience and our technologies have led our company to be one of the main suppliers of the Italian Civil Protection Department for the provision of prompt response units like the standard dwelling modules of the Department, i.e. 12,19m x 3,0m x 2,70m h units.~.
